Please be aware of fraudulent websites offering accommodation services for the FIP 2024 Congress. Paragon Africa is the only agency authorised by FIP to book accommodation for FIP 2024.


Hotel rooms

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at several hotels in close proximity to the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure congress accommodation rates, bookings should be made using the links on this page only.


PLEASE NOTE - accommodation is in high demand over the dates of the congress so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and

lock in early rates.

Extending your stay

If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the congress, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process or email us to FIP2024@paragonafrica.co.za . Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.


Payment for accommodation

Please note that payment of accommodation in full is required to secure your room with the hotel. No reservations can be confirmed without payment being received.

• Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival (01 June 2024 , 23.59 SAST) – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.

• Cancellations received from 60 to 45 days (01 July– 16 July 2024 , 23.59 SAST) including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.

• No Shows – No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Refurbishment Update:

City Lodge Hotel V&A Waterfront is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. 

Guest rooms are complete, and phase 2 is due to start in early June 2024 and only be complete end September 2024, focusing on the commercial areas and restaurant.


During this time, #Café restaurant will be closed, but we have several dining solutions nearby and guests can also order meals from delivery apps to enjoy in their rooms. We are offering a Continental Breakfast Box for pre-ordering.


We will do our best to keep noise levels down and apologise for any inconvenience. Should there be any unforeseen changes to the refurbishment schedule, we will be sure to let you know.
